Who We Are

Visa Services to Australia understands the confusion, frustration and time associated with the migration process.​ Our organisation has a registered migration consultant to provide Australian immigration advice, as required by Australian law. Visa Services to Australia's migration consultant adheres to the professional Code of Conduct (administered by MARA). Continuous professional development training (CPD) is undertaken yearly. Susan Denny is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1276880) and the owner and founder of Visa Services to Australia. Susan is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia.

Susan's experience and background has been focused on support to Employers in regional Victoria. Having worked in the Economic Development Unit in Local Government, she has been involved in the workforce needs of local businesses. During that time she has assisted hundreds of overseas nationals and Employers meet their identified goals.

The Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is intended to regulate the conduct of Registered Migration Agents by introducing a standard for the conduct of business as a registered as a register 'Migration Agent' and establishing the minimum attributes and abilities that a person must demonstrate to perform as a Registered Migration Agent.
